This house is a duplex consistng of 2 - 5 person occupancy units.  Open one fire door between them and the whole house is yours!

Each unit in the house has four bedrooms so you can rent a four bedroom unit if you like. Basement is shared and locked off from the rest of the house and includes a washer and dryer.

Your usage may vary and can be reduced by careful use of energy.  Here are some suggestions to keep utilitiy bills low:
